South African law does not prescribe a formal warning but the following adaption of the compulsory warning under UK law reflects the spirit and intent of the laws of most western countries including South Africa:

1. It is illegal for a promoter or participant to induce anyone to make a payment on the promise that he/she will be rewarded for getting other people to join the scheme after the contract for payment is concluded.

2. Do not be misled by claims that high earnings are easy to achieve.

3. If you enter an agreement with Hope, or make a pledge, you have five working days in which to cancel and get your money back.

Success is more likely for people that learn communication and marketing skills through professional training, mentorship and reading.
